FAQ
How do I care for my flowers?
Remove the wrapping. Using sharp
scissors, cut each stem at an angle and arrange in a clean vase filled with fresh water. Repeat this process every couple of days, removing any browning leaves from your stems. Keep the vase away from direct sunlight, heating, or air-conditioning vents. Ensure your vase is cleaned and rinsed thoroughly.
Some of my flowers appear smaller than the image. Why would that be?
We pride ourselves on the freshness of our flowers. This means that some flowers will be sent out with tighter buds. This is common with sunflowers, lilies, and tulips.
Professional photos are often taken to show the bouquet in full bloom. Be assured that your bouquet will soon open to reflect those images. The recipient will get the added bonus of watching the flowers bloom!
Delivery
I would like to request a delivery time?
We cannot guarantee a specific time that the flowers will be delivered. Businesses will be delivered within standard business hours (9am – 5pm). Schools will be delivered by 3pm.
If no one is home, our drivers will
attempt to contact the recipient and will leave the flowers in a place they
deem safe.
If you would like to request a specific time, please contact our team to discuss. There may be an additional charge for this service.
What is your substitution policy?
Flower availability is dependent on
season and suppliers. We do our best to keep the arrangements as close to the original design but may need to substitute flowers. Any substitution will be of equal or greater value.
